Aircraft Sales Manager
Jet Sales Group is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join its expanding team, as Sales Manager. The company’s entrepreneurial environment requires a self-motivated individual to generate growth and build the brand, in-line with the company’s development strategy.Your ultimate objective is to generate sales activities, develop relationships with aircraft owners and build long-lasting loyalty to the Jet Sales Group brand.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, of bringing new aircraft into our managed fleet
Develop sales growth plans. Seek and develop sales leads, to capture opportunities
Develop business objectives and create and execute regional territory plans, including but not limited to developing a funnel of opportunities, projected sales and revenues, and growth strategies to maximize market share. This includes the marketing, promotion and selling of all related services and products
Identifies aircraft and owners to approach. Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners and influencers through regular contact on the phone, email and in person, without fear or apprehension of cold calling
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, including contacts, leads, opportunities and proposal activity
Prepares and presents sales proposals
Delivers features/benefits presentations to key clients in coordination with other company representatives
Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales
Assess competitive landscape and gather/maintain all intelligence data pertinent to JSG strategy
Identify strategic partnering opportunities and engage in discussions/negotiations with potential partners
Collects and communicates customer feedback and competitor’s products and services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Course of Study/Major: Sales, Business, Communications or similar disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
Must be comfortable dealing with high powered executives, entrepreneurs, the ultra wealthy and their financial advisors
Excellent communication skills: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; demonstrates group presentation skills
The Aircraft Sales Manager will help lead the expansion of our corporate aircraft sales and acquisitions team from the ground up, primarily focused on Florida. This full-time position is based at Witham Field Airport in Stuart, Florida.
